Almost 9 months into my journey!
Just noticed I am down 20 BMI points since my journey began on August 20th 2009. Also down another pound today! Also discovered at the gym today that I can jump again. Small wow to some but big wow for me. I miss the days of jump rope and the elementary school competitions. Gonna buy me a skipping rope today! Double dutch rocked. Anyone up for a little jump rope with me? LOL

I just did the 100 pounds lost happy dance. It seemed to take forever to get last 30 off but I made it just the same. Here's hoping the next and possibly last 59 pounds comes off a lot faster. Would love to look good in a bathing suit by summer. I would say bikini but I don't want to press my luck! My stall is now officially over, I hope, now that I know what it takes to be successful. A lot of self-control and determiniation!

Pic of me at 3 months post op at best friend's wedding!
This is me on the left beside my best friend Joyce at her wedding on November 28th 2009. I was so glad to have lost about 70 lbs by then. I had so many compliments that day! I was happy to stand up for her that day. If I hadn't lost that weight, I would have felt fat and ugly. I can't wait for the next wedding I go to. I should be smokin' hot by then...LOL
